Green Spike specializes on ways to improve and maintain the way Small Businesses work with IT.

In order to bring this ideology to our customers, we do the following:

  • Evaluation & Consultation: Using our experience, we check the businesses work flow, known issues and choke points for possible service failure.  Then consult the client with a full array of options for best IT business practices.
  • Servicing: After the consultation, we either provide the necessary services ourselves or work with our partners to provide you the best services possible.
  • Maintenance: Providing the maintenance to keep the customers IT environment up to date and its owners informed on their businesses IT status.

At the end of the day, we care. We don’t believe that being paid should be the reason why we do what we do. Our end game is to make sure our clients are happy and understand how to work/live with, and use their consumer or business based electronics and utilities.

in 2015 the owner of Green Spike, Christian Clarke, worked with IT Innovations on servicing their clients all over Durham. After IT Innovations closed their doors, Christian Purchased their client list in order to continue providing its clients with a consistent IT Service. Thus Green Spike was born!

Since then Green Spike has been focused on growing its client base, and improving its IT Services, by partnering with companies like Microsoft and Bitdefender.

Instead of confusing our clients with technical terms, we use plain English to explain situations and solutions. Through our transparency, Green Spike wants to grow with its clients instead of taking advantage of them.
