We use Teamviewer to provide our temporary support services.
Click the link above. Once finished downloading, run the program and allow it to make changes on the computer. Then wait for support to connect to your computer! Simple as that.
If you have teamviewer already installed on your computer, running the program will tell you that there is an instance already running. Open the running instance, go to the top left corner, and click connections. Then click exit Teamviewer. Once that instance of teamviewer is closed, re run the downloaded program. We should then be able to connect.
